Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to test out the glass, risk free.  If for any reason at all, you are unsatisfied with the glass, all you have to do is cover the shipping cost to Brisbane for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

For a return to be accepted, the item must remain in its original condition and packaged in its original box.

Damages and Issues:
We urge you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. This will enable us to promptly assess the situation and take appropriate corrective measures.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for returns. This category includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (including beauty products). Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have inquiries regarding the eligibility of a specific item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please note that returns cannot be accommodated for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
